Participants were from as far as Miri, Sarawak, all showcasing strength in their representation of individual styles and themes.

It goes without saying that Parkson and Tongue in Chic had their work cut out for them as they had to select the 15 finalists that competed in the finale.

At the recent and much awaited finale, the top 15 teams were presented with three challenges.

The first challenge was “Pick”, where the stylists of the teams entered a “warzone” to select a maximum of six items under less than two minutes!

And of course, chaos ensued. One could liken it to a sartorial hunger games!

The second challenge was “Style”. This involved the teams styling their models under 10 minutes with the items they managed to snag from the first challenge.

The judges, Ronnie Tan, Parksonâ¿¿s general manager for marketing, Cris Yong, a most celebrated stylist in the fashion industry and Claudia Low, the uber chic editor-in-chief of Tongue in Chic.

Points were awarded to those who could create an original and creative style that wowed the panel of judges.

Panel judges were Parkson marketing general manager Ronnie Tan, celebrated stylist Cris Yong and Tongue in Chic editor-in-chief Claudia Low.

Adding further entertainment was the hilarious comedian Kuah Jen Han who was the emcee for the event.

Not offering much relief, he went around to check on the teams and definitely did not help ease their nerves, much to everyone’s delight.

The final challenge was “Strut”, where the models had to take to the runway to present their teams’ styles and best poses to impress the judges.

It certainly wasn’t easy choosing the winners!

The top three prizes went to Team 10 (Anisah Mohd Farid, Syakirah Abdul Ghani and Rozhana Azra Khalid Bahsoon), Team 11 (Sheikh Zulhelmi Sheikh Zuljallaly, Sarah Rahman and Nurul Izzati Ismail) and Team 4 (Ika Azwa Muzamal, Nazalea Nasihin and Nurul Aimi Aain Uzair Yahaya).

There was a special prize given to the crowd’s favourite as well, Team 12 (Nishalani Raju, Rashmika Krishnamoorthy and Raanita Krishnamoorty).
